TraceLab ("the app") is published by Hales Digital ("we", "us"). In short: TraceLab does not collect or transmit your personal data.
TraceLab does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or any other personal information, and the app contains no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking.
The videos you import, the shot traces you draw, your scorecards, saved courses, and drafts are stored locally on your device only. This content is never uploaded to us or to any server. If you delete the app, this content is removed with it.
With your permission, TraceLab accesses your photo library solely to (a) let you choose a golf video to trace, and (b) save your exported videos and scorecard images back to your library. We do not read, scan, or upload any other photos or videos.
If you upgrade to TraceLab Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your name, email, or payment details. To manage your subscription entitlement and validate purchases, we use RevenueCat, which processes an anonymous, randomly-generated app user ID together with your purchase/receipt information. This data is used only to determine whether your Pro features are active and is not used to identify you.
TraceLab is a general-audience golf app and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Because all of your content lives on your device, you are in full control: delete individual videos, drafts, and scorecards within the app, or remove all data by deleting the app.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
