Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TraceLab app ("the app"), published by Hales Digital. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use TraceLab on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

2. TraceLab Pro subscription

TraceLab is free to use. TraceLab Pro is an optional paid upgrade that removes the export watermark and unlocks unlimited saved scorecards and scorecard image exports.

• Pro may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription and/or a one-time purchase. The exact title, duration, and price are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms; we do not process payments.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use TraceLab only with content you own or have the right to use, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the videos you import and the content you create and share.

4. Intellectual property

The TraceLab name, logo, and app are owned by Hales Digital. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. Videos and content you create remain yours.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hales Digital is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
